How do I exchange an item? 

We want your shopping experience to be smooth and joyful. While we take great care to deliver high-quality products, we understand that sometimes fit or fabric preferences may differ. That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request it. 

Keeping customer satisfaction as our priority, we are pleased to offer you the following approved alternatives:

Exchange:

You may exchange the garment for a different size or style (subject to availability).

Store Credit Coupon: Alternatively, we can issue a credit coupon equal to the product value, which can be used on www.theaars.in for any future purchase.

To make this option more beneficial for you, the store credit will be valid for an extended period of 90 days, and we request you to confirm your preferred option within the next 48 hours, so we can assist you promptly.

To be eligible for an exchange request, kindly mail us at aars.web11@gmail.com  with all the details mentioned below

1.     Your Order Id.

2.     E-mail id & contact number used at the time of placing the order.

3.     Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3, for us to analyse the condition of the product.

A.     Terms & conditions

1.     Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained.

2.     Also, if an exchange request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request.

3.     Once exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled.

4.     We will send a message or mail regarding the return is accepted, with all the details of where to send/courier the parcel.

5.     Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6.     When the purchase is done at the time of any offers going on, company reserves the rights to decide if the offer is applicable on the exchange product or no.

7.     If the free shipping is offered, which is applicable only for 1 time.

8.     For exchange once the return is accepted & received in the ware house, make a separate purchase for the new item.

B.     Following products shall not be eligible for return:

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests

1.     Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.

2.     In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

3.     Free shipping offers will not be applicable at any point of time in any of the above cases. In case if the return is initiated by the company the return charges will be added in the new bill.

C.     Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 Return

For exchange pls follow the details below.

kindly pack the garment properly before sending it back. Please follow the steps below for a smooth return process:

1. Share pics of the garment before packing, as we need to make sure of the garment condition & share pics with us.

2. Pack the garment securely in a covered paper bag or a non-transparent poly bag. Ensure it is packed tightly to avoid any damage, loss, or theft during transit.

3. Paste the complete and clearly written return address on the top of the parcel.

4. Before dispatching, please share a picture of the packed parcel with us.

5. Once you have booked the return parcel, kindly inform us and share the booking details along with a photo of the parcel.

Once this is done & we receive the parcel here we will arrange to send you the other size u want in exchange. Read point number B-3
