Exchange Policy
How do I exchange an item?
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request it.
To be eligible for an exchange request, kindly mail us at aars.web11@gmail.com with all the details mentioned below
Ø your Order Id.
Ø E-mail id used at the time of placing the order.
Ø Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3 for us to analyse the condition of the product.
Terms & conditions
Ø Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained.
Ø Also, if an exchange request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request.
Ø Once exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled.
Ø We will send a message or mail regarding the return is accepted, with all the details of where to send/courier the parcel.
Ø Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Ø When the purchase is done at the time of any offers going on, company reserves the rights to decide if the offer is applicable on the exchange product or no.
Ø If the free shipping is offered, which is applicable only for 1 time.
Ø For exchange once the return is accepted & received in the ware house,
Following products shall not be eligible for return:
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
· Any item that have been worn or washed.
· You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
· We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.
Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests
· Under Exchange Policy, only size and colour exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
· In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
· Free shipping offers will not be applicable at any point of time in any of the above cases. In case if the return is initiated by the company the return charges will be added in the new bill.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
